Reports of Bhediya Movie April 21 premiere on JioCinema began circulating online, sparking excitement among fans eager to view the film from the comfort of their own homes. However, the anticipated release date passed, and the film was nowhere to be discovered on the streaming platform.\

"When is #Bhediya coming on ott? I'm sitting with my popcorn since last night @JioCinema (sic)," said a Twitter user.

"I know that’s no comparison but @JioCinema I couldn’t find #Bhediya as expected to be available on your platform 21st April onwards.. so I switched back to the forever best Marvals.. #ThorRagnarok :) Either articles were wrong or there is some problem on your end ?," tweeted another.

"@JioCinema when are you planning to release the movie yaar, already been a very long wait, and still no release on the said date - 21st April," rued another Twitter user.

Frustration On Twitter For The Movie

JioCinema lack of information surrounding the movie’s postponement left viewers scratching their heads, wondering why the release didn’t take place. The displeasure among fans has been apparent, with many venting their rage on social media.

Most Awaited Movie for OTT Platform

The film’s initial release in theaters in November 2022 fell short of the coveted Rs 100 crore box office milestone. However, it’s obvious that it’s one of the most eagerly anticipated films in the OTT arena when considering the excitement that was stirred up by news of the film’s digital release.

Within eight weeks of their initial theatrical release, new movies are routinely released on streaming services. Fans anticipated that they would be able to see Bhediya online by now because it was released in theaters about five months ago.

Fans will have to endure until JioCinema chooses to put Bhediya on its platform despite the uncertainty and displeasure. When this will occur is still unknown. Amar Kaushik is the director of Bhediya, with Niren Bhatt writing the screenplay. It is a horror-comedy that chronicles the exploits of a regular guy who gets bitten by a wolf and turns into a werewolf. Kriti Sanon, Deepak Dobriyal, and Abhishek Banerjee are among the other actors who appear in the film.
